Middle Class Receivers at War Time (1938-45)
In the low field intensity area, regenerative straight set was not useful.
At such area, 4 or 5 tubes TRF set with RF amplifier was used.
The prevailed standardized TRF set was 4tubes that’s line up was 58-57-47B-12F.
Speaker was magnetic or small electro-dynamic type.
Other standardized TRF set was 5 tubes set with 2 stages triode amplifier.
This type equipped magnetic speaker.
We will introduce the Japanese middle class TRF Receiver at war time.

This set keeps good condition. However, utput transformer was replaced.

4 tube TRF set using the tubes for transformer-less set.
This set had small auto-transformer to increase B voltage.
Rectifier tube 24Z-K2 contained 2 unit of diode to used as multiplying rectifier
At this set, both units used as rectifier and field exciter.
Slide rule dial didn’t have reduction ratio. Direct coupling slide rule
dial was not useful.
Knob is missed. We fixed replica of Columbia radio set for same era model.
